- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very sorry to say that we had a horrible experience at this facility, twice. Bobbie, who is clearly NOT overworked, made snap judgements about my elderly mother, who has arthritis and walks with a cane. Bobbie was verbally abusive, hostile, surly and committed elder discrimination against my mom. Bobbie definitely influenced Melissa, who was just as nasty and vile as Bobbie. We came for the short wait time, but it wasn't worth the abuse. Any of these current 5 star reviews are either written by the employees themselves or someone they strong armed to post them so they can offset all the negative ratings. My mom "came prepared" and she was treated cruelly by Bobbie and Melissa, two obnoxious employees here.By Debbie O'Malley, August 06, 2017
